There comes a time when you stop believing that good things are only for those who painstakingly seek them out. We experienced that moment over a cup of coffee. One of those cups that makes you realize that what you'd been drinking until yesterday wasn't worthy of being classified as coffee.
It was a habit. A constant. A commodity.
But from that moment on, we couldn't go back.
We opened a roasting company in Serra de' Conti, in the Marche region.
We started selecting and roasting beans as if there were no tomorrow.
Then we looked around, broadening our horizons among the ever-green and lush hills, and we looked even further... oil, local products, everything that deserved the same obsession we put into always selecting quality coffee.
We are not a company.
We are two people convinced that eating and drinking well is not a luxury
but simply the only acceptable way to do it to live well.
