Kali Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bag-in-Box 5 lt

Once upon a time, Grandmother Severina and Grandfather Ilario decided to create an olive grove under the walls of a medieval castle.

Growing naturally on the banks of the Fenella river, which flows alongside Palazzo di Arcevia, they became lush trees that, after 20 years, yielded their oil.

Like a beautiful story with a happy ending, this year, their grandson Stefano honors their hard work and creates a pure oil from an olive grove of about 600 trees, never treated with any pesticides and almost in a "wild" state.

An oil with green and golden hues, fruity notes, and a good "spiciness" thanks to cold pressing, which preserves all its positive organoleptic properties and maintains a very good level of present polyphenols, very important molecules for our body as they have antioxidant properties.

It is decided to make a different lot for each pressing because each one offers different sensory notes.

The first pressing was entirely filtered and bottled in 500 ml and 250 ml bottles.

The second pressing was entirely in bag-in-box, also filtered, 3 days after the first.

This harvest has made us proud of the hard work done, and we are sure that someone up there will be smiling and happy again to see that what was created with sacrifices is returning to its natural splendor!
