⛰️ From the volcanic forests of Bajawa, on the island of Flores in the heart of Indonesia, comes this extraordinary single-origin 100% Arabica, Line S – S795 variety, cultivated between 1,200 and 1,400 meters on soils fertilized by three active volcanoes: Inerije, Wolobobo, and Ebulobo. A coffee that grows almost wild, in the shade of the forest, on communal lands called "tanah adat" – the lands of the ancestors – managed for generations with respect for nature and traditions. Processed with the fully washed method, with controlled fermentation of 12-36 hours, it offers a cup of extraordinary cleanliness and brightness.
