⛰️ From the high altitudes of Yirgacheffe, a legendary micro-region in the heart of Ethiopian Sidamo, comes this extraordinary 100% Arabica single-origin, naturally processed coffee, cultivated between 1,700 and 2,200 meters by small producers who have tended their plots for generations using traditional and natural methods, without fertilizers or pesticides. The whole cherries are sun-dried on raised beds for 10-14 days with meticulous care, giving the coffee a rich, complex, and unmistakable aromatic profile.
