Cultivated between 1,200 and 1,500 meters of altitude, in volcanic soils rich in minerals, this coffee is produced by small local communities according to natural and sustainable practices.
The traditional wet hulled processing method gives the coffee an intense and creamy profile, with a unique balance between sweetness and spiciness.
