In Calabria, 4 km from the Ionian Sea, alongside the Amendolea river, lies a small village called San Carlo di Condofuri. It holds so much within: a history of many cultures that came from the sea, mountains overlooking the sea creating extraordinary views, ancient recipes passed down in a nearly extinct language, Grecanico, and the scents of citrus fruits, including the famous bergamot, which grows and bears fruit only in this narrow strip of land in the heart of Magna Grecia, the pride of our land, but also blood oranges and lemons.

And it is thanks to Elisabetta's family and grandparents that we can still enjoy these fruits today in the form of jams.

The fruit is harvested during its peak ripeness, when it is rich in natural sugars, which is why no more than 20% sugar is added during processing. Furthermore, it is free of added thickeners thanks to the pectin contained in the citrus peels. It is not blended by choice, to maintain a consistency that releases its flavor for as long as possible!

Through teamwork between Calabria and Marche, we can say that we have found the right recipe to honor these 4 fruits and enjoy them throughout the year!

Supplies are always limited to the production carried out, sometimes minimal, because no antibiotics or pesticides are used.
